In icecast, you shouldn't specify this, unless you want non-default settings
on this mountpoint, but not on any others.

In your source client, you should specify the mount as "/" if you want that
URL to work (but note that many clients have very buggy HTTP implementations,
and won't decode ogg correctly if the URL doesn't end with ".ogg")
