[icecast] strange way of forwarding to another stream.

Hi:

Apart from the fact that this functionality will be added to icecast2
shortly (pretty sure I read that anyway), you could achieve this by
putting the following in your m3u file:

http://server/ad.ogg
http://server:port/mountpoint
