[icecast] Error during send

Is there anything particular I should be looking for when starting 
(trying to) I get the following error?:

Error during send: Mount failed on http://127.0.0.1:8000/ices, error: 
Not connected to server.

I believe I'm following the same procedure I was previously that worked 
fine.
