[icecast] 404 Stream not found

Hi:

Sounds like it's binding to one interface which, in your case, is loopback.
There are notes about this in the conf file that is distributed with
icecast.  I've not used 1.x. for so long that I can't remember the exact
issue here but have a look in your config for comments about this.
