[icecast] Nothing happens

U may and can , if you have 2 boxes .
But dont eveen think about doing it on the same box.
How long do wait to say that cleints cannot here anything ?
BEcause there is a quite long "buffering" time if you have choosen to
broacast at low bit rate/freq .
