I think the music itself is MP3 at mixtures of 128 & 192 kb/s. The
streams are all planned to be 32kb/s (stereo I presume). I guess I
could test the overhead (without access to an IceCast server) by running
multiple OggEnc encoders and testing how many can encode at 32k faster
than realtime, and run multiple Winamps at the same time.
