[icecast] icecast2 and admin console

I like the possibility to see what's happening in a live fashion,
without having to launch a browser and ask for a given page.

This may already be done with some tail -f.

Once commands like switching client mountpoints or get information for
this client or source may be implementent in a console, i would be happy
to have a icecast sort of shell.

Note that if an http communication for status and sending order is
planned, building a kind of shell in perl would not be a big problem, so
i guess a console is not the main priority.
