[icecast] Firewall issue with Icecast

You are 100% correct. The problem turned out to be a client issue. Winamp
was doing something strange. I've installed foobar2000 and it's working fine.
When I get back from my travels (I'm in London for a few weeks) I'll try to
provide more information.
