You can move all existing clients to a new mountpoint automatically when a 
source disconnects. Not quite the same, but possibly close enough.

Use a web browser to go to
 
http://server:port/admin/fallbacks?mount=/mount1&fallback=/mountyouwanttomoveto

Use the username and password for the first mountpoint (username is 'source' 
if not otherwise specified).
