[icecast] xslt-config

Oh, I remember getting that. 
I assume you are running Linux. If it's Red Hat, be sure to install the
xslt-devel rpms. They shoudl be on your installation CD. Or grab them
off your distribution's website.
I make reference to this abnormality on my Icecast HowTo:
