XML-RPC is, and that would be a much better way to define the interface.
Then at least everyone could stop rwiting their own sender/parser and
just use their favorite XML-RPC lib for their respective language.

There are many areas that the current infrastructure can not deal with.
See earlier threads on new yp to get a detailed list.  (I know Oddsock
has seen this, this is mostly for everyone else's knowledge).
