[icecast] problems streaming ogg with ices2 and icecast2

Note this: there are no currently connected sources. So you should figure out 
why ices2 has disconnected. The icecast2 log file (and possibly the ices2 log 
file) should give useful information.

We should probably change this behaviour (the source stats are still produced 
even when the source no longer exists).
