Another chance is:

listener <-- relay/ircbrasil.ogg <-- djs/playlist.ogg <--- encoder

                                     djs/dj1.ogg <------- from dj 1

                                     djs/otherdj.ogg <------- from dj 2

When a dj connects, he must set relay fallback to "playlist.ogg".
When the switch occurs he must change the fallback to "otherdj.ogg" and
he can disconnect. And so on..
