I know you've gotten an answer on this, but I thought I'd say how you can
do this without fancy scripts.

In the ices config file, make sure that the "once" parameter in the
playlist section is set to 0.  Example:

<param name="once">0</param>

This is set this way in the examples shipped with the program.
