I was thinking about one script half crazy, something as

ps `cat /var/log/icecast/ices.pid` | awk '/?/ {print $3}'

=)

Today, I use in my /etc/rc.d/rc.local:

/usr/bin/ices
/usr/sbin/icecast

But I'll makes a script +-:
/usr/bin/ices
/usr/bin/nohup script.sh & 

The 'nohup' it's necessary?
