[icecast] error: Login failed

Hi,
I am trying to make icecast2 run with ices 0.3 to stream a simple mp3
playlist.
I got the error message when starting ices :
Error during send: Mount failed on http://localhost:8000/sony.mp3, error
: Login failed
Thanks a lot
