[icecast] ices 0.3 seg fault

It happened on song #618 (viagra in the water) but not if I make a play list of just that song.  It seems that it is the same song
that caused the error on July 30 (date of testplaylist.txt that contains that song.)  So it is somewhat reproducable.  I'm trying it
now with the last 10 songs that played before it.
