[icecast] Icecast error

what would be the the most likely cause of this error message?

Too many errors ( Client not accepting fast enough )

The user is on a VERY fast connection ( 2300 kbps down / 800 kbps up ) and
is getting disconnected every 4 minutes from my Icecast server.
