[icecast] Icecast and Liveice

you need to create a .m3u file to launch the media player. In this  file you should have
'protocol://url:port#/mountpoint'

ex:
in my 'ices.m3u' I have:

http://stream.goingcreative.net:8000/houze

<p>Once you are done point your browser to the .m3u file to launch your media player
