[icecast] relay servers

 hello ., i've got a curious error here .

i've got two icecast servers . one in the studio , and one on the
colocated webserver . the second one acts as a relay of the studio stream .

i can connect direct to the studio / source . i can listen to on-demand
.oggs off the relay server . however, if i request the studio/source via
the relay (as it has always worked ) it does not connect .

i have had this problem before w/ my dynamic ip changing in the studio .
however, this is not the case right now . i can ping/resolve the ip
without a problem .. .
