<p>ices will select a bitrate as close as possible to that selected
by the rest of the system, given the constraints imposed by the
limitations inherent in the rest of the system (libvorbis specifically).
Make sure you're configuring downsampling and channel downmixing to
an appropriately low frequency (and single channel) if you want really
low bitrates.
