[icecast] Multiple streams for different quality settings ?

Hello,
Yes, I would very much like to see your config. How is the ACL actually
done in icecast2 or does it rely entirly on tcp wrappers ? Because
bandwidth is expensive in Europe I want some kind of 'frequent
listeners' system that offers a better quality stream to the more loyal
listeners.
