[icecast] Icecast2 issues continue

Hi:

For the record, the other two streams also died this morning, at what looks
to have been about the same time.  The ices log shows nothing unusual,
there's just no more songs.

I understand though that this time, ices died.  The error log would support
this.

Syslog tells us why it crashed:

I do notice a couple of things.  First, the egoplay24 stream died while
cron.daily was running.  Maybe that contributed to the problem.  The other
thing I've noticed is that when the first stream died, there are no
attempts to reconnect it listed in either the ices or icecast logs.  So
perhaps part of ices is still under the impression that it's still
connected, which might explain the memory issues nearly 8 hours later.

I'll stick this lot into bugzilla (A) when I get time and (B) if I get to
grips with using the thing.
