[icecast] stream name

Hi

I use
- winamp shoutcast source
- freebsd icecast server
- winamp listener

I set the stream name in the DSP
But this name is visible only if I listen the stream on winamp 2.x,
winamp 3.x doesn't understand it and shown just the icy_0.
