[icecast] ices exits mysteriously

This is a portion of an ices log showing the application exiting:

Streaming 31229495 bytes from file /usr2/icecast/content/club/09110003.mp3
Updated metadata on server to: 09110003
Streaming 284946 bytes from file /usr2/icecast/content/spots/eds.mp3
Updated metadata on server to: eds
Streaming 33717632 bytes from file /usr2/icecast/content/club/09270001.mp3
Updated metadata on server to: 09270001
Warning: Encountered error while transfering /usr2/icecast/content/club/09270001.mp3. [Libshout reported send error: Libshout socket error.]
Libshout communication problem, trying to reconnect to server
Failed reconnecting to server 127.0.0.1, error: 3
Ices Exiting...

This happens about once or twice a week.  It seem to start after
I upgraded Linux from RedHat 7.0 to 7.3.

Any ideas?
