[icecast] icecast + liveice won't play nicely

I also have a more detailed explanation all written up regarding setting
up the latest Icecast, using MuSE and other items. It's about 7 pages
long and is in Star Office 6 format. I'd be happy to send it along to
you (or whomever else) if interested. It's the basic, "Kerry's been hit
by a bus, what do we do now?" document. It's very detailed with
screenshots, etc.
