[icecast] error with libshout

ince  I've posted this error NOT ONE developer / user (apart from 
yourself) has commented on this!
Strange group.. So fustrating I was I began learning C and mp3 algorithms...
Hope someone will enlighten me before I work out the problem myself 
(sometime next decade)
