[icecast] Win32 streamer?

I have icecast on my linux box (still trying to figure out how to do a name and not unknown) and it
works fine with winamp shoutcast streaming to it but I want to stream ogg not mp3.  How can I do
this using windows as the host and the Linux side as the server.
