[icecast] playlist streamer

I've been running an icecast server for a couple of years now with 
live data. I'm finally needing a playlist.

I'd like to create the playlist from data in a MySQL database. We'd 
like to be able to write the playlist out from our own code, and have 
the stream go on forever.

The MP3 files are on our website, which is a Win2k machine. This 
machine does run Perl, and that's a likely candidate for the playlist 
coding.

Any suggestions on what to stream with? WinAMP with some set of 
plugins? If so, which plugins?

Automatic display of current playlist would be a nice bonus.
