[icecast] Backup and Intro Mp3 File

Well, intro MP3 is easy.  Put in a URL to your intro file, then the URL to
your stream.  In other words, have 2 playlist entries.

as for the backup, maybe use the default mountpoint?

hmmm.  I was told only win media 7.x played MP3 streams properly.
