[icecast] stream ogg - double speed ??

Most likely a bug when dealing with mono streams in one of: icecast2
(unlikely), your client (unlikely), or your source client (what client 
is that? ices2?).

If it's icec2, I'll investigate and fix it. If it's anything else, you'll
have to contact the author.
