[icecast] icecast + irix

GOT IT! :), atleast the connection.c

it involved removing some of the if's around the timeval, and select
functions in time.h (i copied time.h into the src/ dir)

now it got up to sock.c and died, shouldn't be too hard to fix though,
now.
