[icecast] Multiple Streams

When you are using multiple streams, should each mount point be on the same
port i.e.

./ices -h myserver -m mymount -p 8000
./ices -h myserver -m myothermount -p 8000

Or do they need to be on different ports

./ices -h myserver -m mymount -p 8000
./ices -h myserver -m myothermount -p 8001
