[icecast] ices resync problem

Has anyone had this problem when using ices?

It's linked against lame 3.91 MMX

mpg123: Can't rewind stream by 55 bits!
bitstream problem: resyncing...

command line is
ices -R -c /etc/icecast/ices.conf

reencode is on to a 96 resample bitrate.
