ah. I forgot to say ... I don't have any money to spare on this. <grin>
I'd like to have some hardware compressors one day, but I don't have the
cash and anyway, since there's compression code already out there, I
thought there should surely be a way to use it for this. I'd like to be
able to switch over from using windows to using linux and this is basically
all that's stopping me.
