[icecast] Streaming from a program

Hi listers

I was wondering how I would use Icecast to stream mp3 from a program.
I use Windows for the OS..
I will be using Webjockey for my Radio station and need to stream it to the 
net, I was hoping to use icecast.

Any help would be great.
