[icecast] Question about shout

I doubt it, but here's what I do to get close.  I'm rebroadcasting
Wolfox Radio while downsampling and listening.  Just so I don't overflow
my bandwidth, I run icecast locally and relay the Live365 server.  From
there, I have XMMS pull from local, and from there, I run the script
from here:  http://perlmonks.org/index.pl?node_id=66521

Someone want a shouter written in Perl?
