[icecast] Remote Icecast monitor available for 'mon'

Hi... for people using icecast 1.3.10 (the only one tested) and 
monitoring their network/services with the 'mon' tool, a monitor is now 
available to monitor icecast servers and stream mountpoints.

Mon is at http://www.kernel.org/software/mon and the icecast.monitor 
should be in the contrib archive. If not yet, you can get it at 
http://orbislumen.net/software/icecast.monitor
