What's the latest on Fraunhofer's veiled threats about encroaching on
their IP with the Ogg Vorbis technology?  I've not heard of anything, but
that does not mean nothing is going on.  Have they made any type of
move?  Or did they decided a lawsuit would push people away from mp3
quickly?
