[icecast] need help/ideas please, oh and answers

Um, I need to recode to different bitrates depending on the listeners
network connection speed.  I can check out the mod_mp3 stuff but I
didn't realize it existed.  If I did, I'd of saved myself a fair chunk
of coding.  Why didn't you just tell me before I started? 'grin'
