I was right and wrong. There are some bad assumptions about unsigned
longs being 32-bit, but for some reason they don't seem to be causing
problems. The trouble seems to be in timing_sleep. Please try the
attached bandaid to ices/libshout/timing.c while I investigate more
fully.
