[icecast] more ices errors

Sometimes yes and sometimes no.  How's that for consistant?  I've
updated icecast and ices again since I see you've been busy checking
in changes.  We'll see what happens. I'll keep you posted as thing
unwind.  It's a slow process because it only dies every other day or
so now.  If you have any specific things you want me to check, just
let me know.
