[icecast] yet another test stream / Icecast2 segfault

They share very little code.  There should not be common problems.

I can't do much without a stack trace if I can't reproduce it locally.
Can you reproduce and send one?

Also, icecast 2 has been pretty stable for the BBC.  Uptimes of several
weeks.
