[icecast] Win32 ERROR: Could not find a suitable directory for template files!

I've downloaded and unpacked icecast for Win32. configuration containing

templatedir d:\icecast137\templates

When I launch icecast I get folowing error and no admin web interface is
available. I can stream up and down MP3's with Winamp though.

[02/Dec/2001:22:44:33] ERROR: Could not find a suitable directory for template f
iles, something might be wrong!

Any ideas?
