[icecast] Icecast Problems Get Worse

No, there is no directory code in icecast2 yet.  Also, it wouldn't be
there if it was, because i've been VERY careful about locking, and it
was one of the main design goals of icecast2 to do this better anyway.

I don't think so.

So this doesn't happen with 1.3.10?
