[icecast] install instructions for iceS on i.cantcode.com

liveice just won't work for me anymore, it crashes and thus I won't waste my
time on it anymore. 

thus, what's the url with the install instructions for iceS. If I'm not
mistaken, it was somewhere hidden on i.cantcode.com?
