Yes. I'm running The 2.3.99.3  win32 version.
And if you can to provide the " mime.types " and " crossdomain.xml " files
by yourself it will be great.

Ah, so you're running the windows build?
I'd need to check where it should go in that one and if it's included in the
default build. If not I'll have to ask for it to be included in future
builds.
