[Icecast-dev] Problem mit ices0 (version 0.4)

Hello,
I have a problem with ices0 (version 0.4).
The problem is I can not install ices0.
First I unpacked it with "tar xvzf ices-0.4.tar.gz"
Then I go into the directory "cd / tmp/ices-0.4"
Now I run ". / Configure" and then "make && make install"
But then in the directory is not there ".deb" file to install.
Please help!
