[Icecast-dev] Adding Configuration Options

Hey guys -

I think I've figured it out. Or, at least... it seems to be working
properly, albeit a bit hacky: http://github.com/originalmachine/icecast

There probably is an easier way, but for now, I'm just happy to see it work!
