[Icecast-dev] How and where to create a mount point?

hai
    I m a new user and i m using icecast2 in windows
xp platform.I want to stream ogg and mp3 over a
intranet.I have installed icecast2,ogg plugin and
winamp in the system.The thing is where should i place
my mp3 files and ogg files.
 i place it in the system where my icecast server is
running , But the thing is where should i keep these
files and how should i create a mount point
